Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
- ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and bend throughout shift
- must be able to pull, lift, and push heavy objects
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- pre-employment criminal background check
- meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- must be able to verbally direct in English
- must be a U.S. citizen or possess necessary work authorization
- must have clear driving record

Job Duties
- Transport passengers via electric cart within airline terminal
- provide general information and directions to passengers
- inspect equipment before use including wheels, breaks, seats, radio
- fill out carts and radio log at the beginning of each shift
- turn in keys and radio to supervisor at end of each shift
- drive at a safe, slow speed with hands on wheel and sitting upright
- follow all airline, company, and airport regulations
- report all cart incidents to shift supervisor
- maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance needs
- adhere to uniform and identification badge policies
- never solicit tips
- charge carts at scheduled intervals and report battery issues
- stop and communicate appropriately when passing or approaching pedestrians
- assist passengers off the cart when needed
