Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to the menu
- take food orders and accurately ring in cashier transactions
- set up and break down store products and merchandise
- provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- receive and deliver guest orders and collect payments
- anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations
- resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- maintain store cleanliness and organization according to health standards
- communicate with guests regarding special requests and complaints
- work cooperatively with fellow associates
- practice and promote a culture of guest service
- perform management-assigned reasonable requests
