Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year management experience in the hospitality business
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
- ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
- physical ability to stand extensively without breaks
- ability to tolerate exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cold
- able to reach heights of approximately 6 feet and bend to touch the floor
- must have high level of mobility and flexibility in restaurant space
- able to work irregular hours and under stress during busy periods
- able to bend, reach, walk, communicate with customers, use a computer, operate cash register
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for achieving the restaurant's sales and profit plan
- analyzes operating statements to identify problems and takes corrective action to improve results
- selects and implements local store marketing programs with District Manager's assistance
- ensures new products are rolled out according to standards
- ensures restaurant operations comply with company policies and operations manual
- ensures all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean and safe manner
- communicates product deficiencies to District Manager
- ensures exceptional guest satisfaction through service and clean environment
- maintains proper inventory levels for food and non-food items
- ensures safety of employees and guests, handles accidents timely
- directly supervises assistant managers and hourly crew, holds them accountable
- prepares management and hourly schedules according to labor guidelines
- completes administrative records daily and weekly
- organizes and conducts employee and management meetings
- ensures employees and managers receive appropriate training and development
- takes corrective disciplinary action and rewards good performance
- responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and selection of employees
- participates in recruitment of restaurant management
- maintains personnel records and performance appraisals
- accountable for company funds and inventory security
- complies with human resource policies
- ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- implements commitment to equal opportunity and harassment-free environment
