- exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors

Job Qualifications

- basic math skills including units of measurement
- knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Job Duties
- Prepares, cooks, and stores whole chicken and other grilled products
- cuts whole chicken and arranges for presentation or packaging
- follows company food handling and safety procedures
- rotates and organizes products in storage areas using FIFO method
- inspects raw meats and cold food ingredients for quality
- maintains proper cooking levels throughout shifts based on business activity
- monitors quality and holding times of cooked products
- cleans and sanitizes entire work area including equipment and tools
- assists in training new cooks and cold prep persons
- supports expediter and burrito assembly person as needed
- stores and organizes shipments and packaged items in coolers with proper rotation
- performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor
