Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing courteous service
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Must have alcohol training certification (TABC)
- Must have food handlers training certification
Job Duties
- Answer the phone within three rings
- Brew gourmet coffee and specialty beverages
- Prepare sufficient products to meet business demands
- Serve guests in the café
- Follow prepared upselling scenarios
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Adhere to all liability laws
- Print end-of-shift reports and conduct banking
- Perform daily inventory and product controls
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Morsel's area
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Complete other assigned duties
