Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV health card)
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 2:00-4:00 AM)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous baking or food prep experience preferred but not required

- Attention to detail and consistency in following recipes and procedures

Job Duties
- Bake bagels and other baked goods to company recipes, procedures, and timelines
- Ensure all products meet quality standards in appearance, freshness, and taste
- Monitor and rotate baked goods and ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness
- Maintain accurate baking logs and documentation
- Follow SNHD food safety protocols and all relevant local, state, and federal health codes
- Keep baking area, ovens, utensils, and storage clean and sanitized throughout shifts
- Use personal protective equipment and follow all safety procedures to avoid burns, slips, or other hazards
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists and maintain required documentation
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with shift leads, managers, and fellow team members
- Support café team during peak periods with restocking, prepping, or packaging when needed
- Maintain a sense of urgency, focus, and attention to detail throughout each shift
- Be flexible and willing to assist with other store duties when required
