Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Preferred 3 to 6 months in retail or restaurant guest service
- Ability to stand or walk 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred
- ServSafe or Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- High energy and ability to move between activities quickly
- Team oriented and willing to assist others
- Basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
- When assigned to the food service area, ensure that recipes and food prep procedures are followed correctly
- Ensure that food is wrapped and labeled correctly
- Maintain clean food presentation and work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitization protocols
- Operate the register efficiently to process sales transactions minimizing guest wait time where applicable
- Monitor and rotate stock in coolers and hot food cases to maintain product levels
- Lead by example in execution of company values and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or in their absence
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
