Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • five plus years of experience in educational programming and event management
  • strong understanding of the hair category and prestige beauty landscape
  • experience with Ulta and Sephora
  • authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

  • licensed and experienced hairstylist or cosmetologist preferred
  • bilingual in English, Spanish, or French preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement an annual education strategy aligned with sales and marketing objectives
  • create and manage training content including videos and digital tools
  • develop and facilitate training for key accounts
  • support new hire onboarding with brand education
  • collaborate with marketing and retail education teams
  • organize major education and corporate events
  • manage sample and promotional product distribution
  • manage virtual and in-person learning platforms
  • ensure consistent messaging through collaboration with marketing and creative teams
  • plan and support key account events including logistics and collateral
  • strategize with sales and marketing teams on retail event planning
  • curate retailer-specific events to drive sales
  • manage relationships with retail partners
  • budget and manage event assets and collateral
  • serve as primary contact for event and education support
  • track and report on KPIs
  • prepare post-event evaluations
  • maintain records for compliance
  • monitor competitive activity
  • hire and onboard direct reports supporting education and events
  • demonstrate strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • utilize event management software and LMS
  • work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
