Job Requirements
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in restaurant operations, sales management, marketing or event planning highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Outstanding professional communication and editorial skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Italian wine and gastronomy
Job Duties
- Manage La Scuola front of house and back of house teams
- Oversee correspondence for La Scuola department including private event requests and class registrations
- Supervise events at La Scuola including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Facilitate communication between Private Dining Manager and chefs, beverage managers, and event staff
- Ensure each event is planned and runs smoothly from front-of-house to behind-the-scenes
- Conceive and create public classes including drafting descriptions and compiling instructor biographies
- Direct storewide events, promotions, and partner events
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
