Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • minimum three years progressively responsible professional experience
  • legal authorization to work in the united states without restriction
  • ability to work flexibly onsite and hybrid according to university regulations
  • commitment to upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism
  • successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • minimum of three years relevant professional experience
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • experience in event coordination and program management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to mentor and motivate students
  • knowledge of education systems and student development best practices

Job Duties

  • organize statewide competitions for students to showcase their skills
  • coordinate the State Leadership Conference and manage logistics for national travel
  • mentor and support student officers in elections and leadership training
  • develop and implement statewide initiatives to engage students in education careers
  • collaborate with schools and community partners to expand program reach
  • manage event planning, budgeting, and communication efforts
  • monitor program outcomes and report on student development and engagement
