Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening
- must successfully complete the new mexico food handlers course upon hire
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma, GED certification or equivalent preferred
- experience in restaurant or food service capacity preferred
- ability to follow instructions
- strong commitment to the organization
- ability to deal effectively with the general public and casino staff
- knowledge of minimum temperature requirements for food and drink preservation
- knowledge of tribal, federal, state and local sanitary regulations regarding food and drink products
Job Duties
- provides excellent customer service and establishes guest perception of restaurant service that is far from ordinary
- ensures tables are cleaned thoroughly within 5 minutes of guests departing and set up properly in a timely and complete manner
- assists servers with pre-bussing tables during service as well as assisting with beverage service as assigned
- participates in daily stand-up meetings to ensure property communication is understood
- timely completion of computer assisted training as required
- performs and maintains cleanliness of dining areas and work areas at all times
- transports trash to proper disposal areas as required
