Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED unless waived by human resources management
  • six months work experience in food and beverage preferred
  • demonstrated ability to grasp and prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • excellent communication and guest service skills required
  • must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
  • background investigation
  • obtain and maintain gaming license

  • knowledge of restaurant operations and food service principles
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils maintenance operations
  • knowledge of safe practices in a kitchen-working environment
  • ability to create a friendly atmosphere and demonstrate excellent customer service

  • ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form

Job Duties

  • operating equipment as directed
  • preparing food as directed
  • maintaining cleanliness of the EDR at all times according to ServSafe standards
  • clean tables as necessary
  • clean all equipment, tabletops, refrigerator, and other food service equipment daily
  • serve food to team members going through EDR line
  • stock condiments, napkins, utensils, china and glassware
  • maintain and stock salad bar, dessert, ice cream stations
  • clean storage, floors and shelving as needed
  • clean out refrigerators as needed to prevent spoilage
  • restocking supplies as directed
  • communicate with sous chef and executive chef about tasks and assignments
  • perform other duties as required
