Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED unless waived by Human Resources Management
- six months work experience in food and beverage preferred
- ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- ability to successfully pass background investigation
- ability to obtain and maintain gaming license
- excellent communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, sit, stoop, bend, kneel or crouch
- ability to lift and move up to 50-70 pounds
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and noise conditions
- ability to follow ServSafe cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- six months work experience in food and beverage preferred
- demonstrated ability to grasp and prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and food service principles
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils maintenance operations
- knowledge of safe practices in a kitchen working environment
- ability to create a friendly atmosphere and demonstrate excellent customer service
- ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
- ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers at all levels
- ability to work independently and meet strict time lines
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form
Job Duties
- Operating equipment as directed
- preparing food as directed
- maintaining cleanliness of the EDR at all times according to ServSafe standards
- clean tables as necessary
- clean all equipment, tabletops, refrigerator, and other food service equipment daily
- serve food to team members going through EDR line
- stock condiments, napkins, utensils, china and glassware
- maintain and stock salad bar, dessert, ice cream stations
- clean storage, floors and shelving as needed
- clean out refrigerators as needed to prevent spoilage
- restock supplies as directed
- communicate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef about tasks and assignments
- perform other duties as required
