Job Duties
- Describing the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions
- providing each item's taste, origin, and preparation methods
- maintain food and menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge
- communicate guest orders including special needs or requests to the respective people
- assist the restaurant service team in providing excellent guest service
- work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ensure clear and effective communication with guests at all times
