Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of fine dining experience
- authorization to work in the United States
- ability to work flexible shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- physical stamina to perform restaurant duties
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Have complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications
- clear and reset tables quickly
- greet guests warmly with a smile and eye contact
- check for table setting completeness
- describe breakfast, lunch, and dinner features including menu changes and daily specials
- oversee table maintenance and coordinate service with runners
- work as part of a team helping others and requesting help as needed
- keep all stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
- make sure guest checks are completed properly and presented promptly
- ensure change or charge slip is returned timely
- communicate guests’ needs to kitchen and management
- inform management of guests’ reactions and comments
- assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service
- control the amount of alcohol served to prevent intoxication
- help promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests
