Job Duties
- Describe menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions including taste, origin, and preparation methods
- Maintain food and menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge
- Communicate guest orders including special needs or requests to the respective team members
- Assist the restaurant service team in providing excellent guest service
- Maintain good communication skills in all guest interactions
- Work flexible schedule including morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
