Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- fluent in English
- one to two years of relevant work experience
- degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management

- College degree in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- one to two years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in food and beverage
- ability to manage budgets and schedules
- expert knowledge of food preparation methods and wine and spirits
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- fluency in English
Job Duties
- Oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach staff
- ensure cultural and core standards are met
- promote positive public relations
- handle guest complaints and special requests
- ensure quality of food and beverage items
- control labor and operating expenses
