Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • one to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • flexible schedule with ability to work morning, afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • fluency in English
  • possession of legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
  • select, train, evaluate, and lead food and beverage staff
  • motivate and coach employees to meet cultural and core standards
  • maintain visibility in the operation to provide recognition and foster positive public relations
  • handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests professionally
  • ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • manage labor, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
