Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- college degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- one to two years experience in food and beverage supervisory role
- proficiency in English
- legal work authorization in the United States

- one to two years experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- expert knowledge of food quality, preparation methods, and wine and spirits
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach employees
- ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- provide visible leadership in the operation
- handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests
- describe and ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
- promote positive public relations
