Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
  • college degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • one to two years experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • proficiency in English
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • College degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • one to two years experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • expert knowledge of food quality, preparation methods, and wine and spirits
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in English
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
  • select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach employees
  • ensure established cultural and core standards are met
  • provide visible leadership in the operation
  • handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests
  • describe and ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
  • promote positive public relations
