Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Knowledge of food and beverage quality and safety standards
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees
  • Ensure cultural and core standards are met
  • Provide visible leadership and recognition
  • Promote positive public relations and handle guest complaints and special requests
  • Ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory, and cash control
