Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to manage drivers and resolve operational issues
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with one-hour lunch
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient communicator (English proficient)
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Duties
- Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally
- Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts
- Accurate data entry of the company computer systems
- Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations
- Works with team members to solve problems
- Provides clear work instructions to drivers
- Demonstrates high resource utilization
