Job Duties
- Preparing and organizing materials for economic development briefing reports for the Governor and other meetings
- Providing administrative support in preparing executive letters, emails, meeting agendas, and other communication assigned by executive staff and team lead staff
- Performing general accounting tasks such as preparation of purchase requisitions, travel forms, and search/track payments in the statewide accounting system
- Processing travel vouchers, travel authorizations, and conference registration fees for the entire divisional staff
- Greeting visitors, public officials, and business and industry partners in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and screening incoming calls providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as necessary
- Maintaining and managing the Economic Development Supervisor and Economic Developer Team Leads' appointments and travel calendars including reserving state agency vehicles and booking hotel and airline reservations
- Maintaining files and records
- Coordinating reservations of conference rooms and meeting spaces including IT assistance for AV, setup, and cleanup as needed
- Providing additional support and completing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by staff
- Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
