- Ability to frequently carry up to 20 lbs
- Ability to occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stack walk bend and stoop frequently during shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is favored
- Ability to work cooperatively in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Operate dish machine fluently changing chemicals taking apart and cleaning
- Consistent maintenance and monitoring of dish machine operation
- Must be able to frequently carry up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stack walk and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
- Display a thorough working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards regarding 3-compartment sink washing and sanitation procedures equipment and floor cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Must be positive collaborative and committed to healthy communication and quality work
