Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently carry up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods during shift
- Commitment to positive and collaborative work ethic
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Must maintain domicile in the State of Texas while employed
- Flexible availability up to 19 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
- Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Operate dish machine fluently including changing chemicals and cleaning
- Consistent maintenance and monitoring of dish machine operation
- Stack, walk, and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
- Display thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards including 3-compartment sink washing and sanitation procedures
- Carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and floors
- Collaborate positively and communicate effectively with team members
