Job Requirements

  • Must be able to frequently carry up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods during shift
  • Commitment to positive and collaborative work ethic
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must maintain domicile in the State of Texas while employed
  • Flexible availability up to 19 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation and maintenance
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Operate dish machine fluently including changing chemicals and cleaning
  • Consistent maintenance and monitoring of dish machine operation
  • Stack, walk, and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
  • Display thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards including 3-compartment sink washing and sanitation procedures
  • Carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and floors
  • Collaborate positively and communicate effectively with team members
