Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently carry up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have physical stamina to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Willingness to work up to 19 hours per week
- Must be able to maintain domicile in the State of Texas during employment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to operate dishwashing machinery effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Operate dish machine fluently including changing chemicals and cleaning
- Monitor and maintain dish machine operation consistently
- Stack, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards such as 3-compartment sink washing and sanitation procedures, equipment and floor cleaning
- Carry items frequently up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
- Collaborate positively with team members and commit to quality work and healthy communication
