Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings such as physical and TB test as required by state guidelines
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs occasionally
- Must be able to kneel, bend, and reach overhead
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired
- Must be able to speak English well enough to communicate with our residents
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Ensure detailed and thorough cleaning of our resident accommodations and shared spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, etc.
- Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and stocked
- Keep equipment maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
