Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak English well enough to communicate with residents
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass pre-employment screenings such as physical and TB test as required by state guidelines
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, and reach overhead
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired
- Ability to speak English well enough to communicate with residents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and capability to perform required cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Ensure detailed and thorough cleaning of resident accommodations and shared spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing
- Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and stocked
- Keep equipment maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
