- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic communication skills in English, oral and written
- Completion of a background check including drug screen, physical, TB test, and criminal history check
- Ability to occasionally assist with other kitchen duties
- Experience with kitchen organization is preferred

Job Duties
- Monitors and records water temperature and sanitizer solution levels
- notifies management if levels are not correct
- Understands and observes sanitary guidelines and environmental requirements
- Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, garbage cans, and kitchen areas
- Maintains storage room for cleaning supplies and chemicals
- keeps room clean, stocked, labeled, and organized
- Sweeps and mops kitchen at end of shift
- Breaks down boxes and takes trash to dumpster
- Delivers meal trays to resident apartments
- Performs other duties as assigned
