Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficient English language skills
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and office administration
- Ability to work extended hours

- Ability to perform repetitive wrist and finger movements
- Ability to lift 20-25 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

- At least two years of progressive experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and communicating
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and office administration

Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Front Office in supervising the front desk team
- Train front desk staff on service expectations, hotel facilities, and safety procedures
- Monitor team performance and recommend corrective actions
- Complete opening and closing shift duties
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests
- Support and coach front desk agents to maintain high service standards
- Manage cash transactions and adhere to cash handling policies
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs
- Handle guest and team member complaints promptly
- Maintain front desk logs and documentation
- Oversee room allocations and ensure guest preferences are met
- Assist with reservations using RoomKey PMS
- Maintain retail gift shop inventory and pars
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety guidelines
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Front Office
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
- Ensure professional appearance and grooming of team members
- Anticipate sold-out situations and arrange alternative accommodations
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Manage guest requests and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
