Job Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Previous culinary experience or education
- Maintain a current Food Handlers card
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work the hours necessary to complete the job
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, standing, walking, and use kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all food production and execution for the pub
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Enforce portioning guidelines
- Interview and hire kitchen staff
- Order food product and kitchen supplies
- Manage staff scheduling
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Manage food and labor costs
- Ensure timely food expediting
- Attend department head meetings
- Facilitate staff and manager meetings
- Take and extend monthly inventory
- Develop new food offerings
- Maintain safe and sanitary work environment
