Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest service
- lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
- oversee budgeting, inventory, and financial performance to meet sales and profit targets
- implement health and safety standards consistently
- foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and growth
- conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant traffic
