Job Requirements

  • One or more years of food service or customer service experience
  • Twenty one years of age or older, licensed and able to serve all alcohol
  • At least six months of bartending experience preferred
  • Friendly, clear communication
  • POS and cash handling skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and basic prep
  • Current food handler and alcohol server permits required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to pass airport TSA background check

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • Licensed to serve all alcohol
  • Minimum 6 months of bartending experience preferred
  • Friendly and clear communication skills
  • Proficient with POS and cash handling
  • Knowledge of food safety and basic preparation
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a warm welcome
  • Take orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Handle payments and give correct change
  • Prepare specialty cocktails and pour beer and wine
  • Package food neatly and prepare for dine-in or takeout
  • Assist in preparing key dishes like fresh salad rolls
  • Restock napkins, sauces, utensils, grab and go food, and supplies
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized
  • Set up, clean, and maintain your station and tools
  • Follow food safety rules and cleanliness checklists
  • Check in with the manager at the start and end of your shift
  • Jump in to help your team wherever needed
