Job Requirements

- Must have a smartphone
- Must be able to use Connect Teams and ServiceChannel apps
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to start early and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Part-time availability according to scheduled visits
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or exterior maintenance is an asset
- Ability to operate handheld blower and cleaning tools
- Comfortable working early morning hours
- Familiarity with smartphone apps for work communication
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Maintain the exterior of the store in a clean and professional condition
- Use a handheld blower to clear sidewalks and walkways
- Pick up trash and debris in the parking lot and grass islands
- Clean loading dock, back-of-store, and side building areas weekly
- Use Connect Teams and ServiceChannel apps to coordinate tasks
- Arrive on time to start shifts at 5:00 AM
- Provide own basic cleaning equipment such as handheld blower and trash picker
