Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 am
- Certification or willingness to obtain Serv Safe or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift on their feet
- Must obtain maintain Serv Safe or State certification
- Knowledge training certification in kitchen emergencies including First Aid CPR Fires
- Punctuality especially for early opening shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparation frying and decorating
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of fryers and manage inventory of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Help direct in additional duties such as sweeping dishes or garbage
