Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 am
  • Certification or willingness to obtain Serv Safe or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to withstand a full shift on their feet
  • Must obtain maintain Serv Safe or State certification
  • Knowledge training certification in kitchen emergencies including First Aid CPR Fires
  • Punctuality especially for early opening shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparation frying and decorating
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of fryers and manage inventory of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
  • Help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders answering questions and addressing customer concerns
  • Help direct in additional duties such as sweeping dishes or garbage
