Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record and obey all traffic regulations while driving
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations if needed
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to prepare food items following recipe specifications
- Ability to lift and carry delivery items and equipment
- Ability to navigate local streets and highways effectively

Job Duties
- Thoroughly understand the layout of the local streets and highways including quickest and alternate routes from the store to the final destination
- Transport and carry delivery items and objects including containers hot boxes coolers and trays
- Answer the telephone within 3 rings and with a smile in his or her voice
- Take the guests order and handle cash and credit transactions
- Possess basic cash handling skills
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Handle guests problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Prepare sandwiches salads and wraps using recipe specifications
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Suggestively sell additional menu items
- Check food quality to ensure it is fresh and safe to serve
- Greet guests when they are entering and leaving to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room kitchen prep areas and restrooms
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand truck
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Deliver local store marketing materials throughout delivery area to help increase sales
- Perform any other duties assigned by a member of the management team
