Job Duties
- understands local streets and highways layout including quickest and alternate routes
- transports and carries delivery items including containers hot boxes coolers and trays
- answers telephone promptly with a smile in voice
- takes guest orders and handles cash and credit transactions
- possesses basic cash handling skills
- enters orders accurately into POS system
- handles guest problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
- prepares sandwiches salads and wraps using recipe specifications
- demonstrates knowledge of brand and menu items
- suggestively sells additional menu items
- checks food quality to ensure freshness and safety
- greets guests entering and leaving to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room kitchen prep areas and restrooms
- assists with cleaning and maintenance duties
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- processes order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- delivers local store marketing materials throughout delivery area
- performs other duties as assigned by management
