Job Duties
- understands layout of local streets and highways including quickest and alternate routes
- transports and carries delivery items including containers hot boxes coolers and trays
- answers the telephone within three rings with a smile in the voice
- takes guest orders and handles cash and credit transactions
- prepares sandwiches salads and wraps using recipe specifications
- demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- suggestively sells additional menu items
- checks food quality to ensure freshness and safety
- greets guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room kitchen prep areas and restrooms
- assists with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand truck
- processes order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- delivers local store marketing materials to help increase sales
- performs other duties assigned by management
