  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • understands layout of local streets and highways including quickest and alternate routes
  • transports and carries delivery items including containers hot boxes coolers and trays
  • answers the telephone within three rings with a smile in the voice
  • takes guest orders and handles cash and credit transactions
  • prepares sandwiches salads and wraps using recipe specifications
  • demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • suggestively sells additional menu items
  • checks food quality to ensure freshness and safety
  • greets guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant including dining room kitchen prep areas and restrooms
  • assists with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
  • transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand truck
  • processes order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
  • delivers local store marketing materials to help increase sales
  • performs other duties assigned by management
