Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday including mandatory weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to take direction and work self-motivated
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
- Guest service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with skiers and snowboarders
- Ski or snowboard experience is a bonus
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items with attractive plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Rotate food products daily to ensure freshness
- Work efficiently to minimize guest waiting times
- Operate cashier station in kitchen and cafeteria
- Follow direction from Base Operations Director and Food Service Supervisor
- Contribute to a friendly and upbeat atmosphere at the kitchen window and cafeteria area
