Job Duties
- Welcome and seat all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Responsible for care and maintenance of historic clothing uniform
- Provide our guests with an historically accurate portrayal of a dining experience
- As part of the Eagle Tavern and Food Services teams, support colleagues and manage the overall flow of guests
- Possesses knowledge of all menu descriptions and can effectively communicate it with guests including special dietary concerns such as vegan options
- Ensure cleanliness of work area
