Job Requirements

- Must be flexible in hours and scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- Willingness to wear period-specific clothing and uniforms

- Enthusiastic and possess good communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather and wear period clothing or uniforms
Job Duties
- Clears dishes/trash from tables, chairs, and counters
- Empties trash regularly and removes from unit
- Performs opening and closing tasks, including flipping chairs and sweeping
- Breaks down bussing trays of service items and sorts them into proper dish racks/glass racks
- Resets tables and dining room for service
- Maintains cleanliness of all restaurant areas including taking out garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, straightening storage areas
- Provides guests with a historically accurate portrayal of a dining experience
- Interacts and communicates with guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of historical clothing uniform
- Ensures an outstanding guest experience
- Handles and stores all equipment properly and with care
- Performs other activities as necessary
