Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling needs
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Comply with hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
  • Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
  • Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Conduct security walks and support overnight safety measures
  • Operate property transportation as required
  • Handle luggage and assist guests as bell attendant duties
  • Prepare and deliver packages, mail, and messages
  • Perform night audit functions as applicable
  • Conduct laundry and restock cleaning supplies
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
