Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel or related field
- Ability to work overnight hours from 11 PM to 7 AM
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Windows and spreadsheets
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to perform security walks and maintain safety protocols
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework beneficial
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Balance the books and complete the night audit
- Finalize transactions and ensure account accuracy
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management
- Collaborate with other departments to support overnight operations
- Solve problems independently using technical skills
