Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Ability to perform continuous physical activity throughout the shift
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Ability to use computer technology including email and pager
- Willingness to work on-site for a full 40-hour workweek with shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and rotating weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with others
- Demonstrated initiative in problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to use computers and technology for job tasks such as email and paging
Job Duties
- Perform in-patient room discharge cleaning to meet approved cleaning standards
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, office spaces, public spaces, and clinical spaces
- Plan daily work activities including managing supplies and prioritizing tasks
- Adapt work tempo based on hospital needs and priorities
- Collaborate professionally with coworkers, leaders, clinical staff, patients, and families
- Communicate cleaning needs and concerns to relevant staff and leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned based on hospital and patient needs
