Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders accurately
- process coupons and payments through the point of sale system
- deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- provide a positive customer service experience
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
- communicate professionally with customers and team members
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- follow policies for substitutions and handle exceptions as needed
