Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in ground operations within the airline industry
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
  • Commitment to service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Administration, Business or related field
  • 3 years of related work experience with familiarity in Ground Operations processes in airlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Service-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Supervise customer check-in processes at counters, kiosks, boarding rooms, immigration and customs areas, following established procedures
  • Supervise compliance with security standards and procedures in operational processes such as baggage services and boarding
  • Guarantee communication and updating of procedures and guidelines to operational personnel
  • Monitor personnel certifications and mandatory technical trainings
  • Control compliance with baggage allowance at counters and boarding rooms, including collection of excess baggage when required
