Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in ground operations within the airline industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
- Commitment to service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Administration, Business or related field
- 3 years of related work experience with familiarity in Ground Operations processes in airlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven team leadership skills
- Service-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Supervise customer check-in processes at counters, kiosks, boarding rooms, immigration and customs areas, following established procedures
- Supervise compliance with security standards and procedures in operational processes such as baggage services and boarding
- Guarantee communication and updating of procedures and guidelines to operational personnel
- Monitor personnel certifications and mandatory technical trainings
- Control compliance with baggage allowance at counters and boarding rooms, including collection of excess baggage when required
