Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years experience in dispatch, flight following, or related field
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude
- Ability to pass background check including fingerprinting, drug test, and criminal record check
- Capability to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with diverse internal and external customers
Job Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
- Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years dispatch, flight following, or related experience
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability in dispatcher duties and responsibilities
- Completion of National Airlines dispatcher training and testing
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude
- Organizational fit for National Airlines culture
- Pass background check including drug test and criminal history
Job Duties
- Participates in the company safety management system
- Maintains coordination between all departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Records or ensures all delays are accurately logged in Aims
- Acts as the single point of contact for upper management on operational status
- Considers safety, passenger comfort, and operational impacts when making flight decisions
- Coordinates with ground operations and crew scheduling
- Prepares briefing materials and leads daily briefings with SOC staff and management
