Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to communicate clearly in spanish and english
  • willingness to comply with company safety policies
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • commitment to teamwork and respect

  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary instruments
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors at closing
  • check with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and instruments following established guidelines
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist the team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards and expectations
  • physically move, lift, transport, push, pull objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit or walk throughout the full shift
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees
  • bend, twist the waist, crawl, and stoop
  • traverse inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, and stairs
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • perform other reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
