Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate clearly in spanish and english
- willingness to comply with company safety policies
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- commitment to teamwork and respect
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- completion of required safety training
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors at closing
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and instruments following established guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure neat and professional uniform and appearance
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards and expectations
- physically move, lift, transport, push, pull objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit or walk throughout the full shift
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees
- bend, twist the waist, crawl, and stoop
- traverse inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, and stairs
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
