Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
  • Clean motor vehicle record for individuals aged 21-25 with no at-fault accidents or moving violations
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Passionate and team-oriented mindset
  • Physical ability to lift and handle medical equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Compassionate individuals with exceptional customer care skills
  • Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for medical equipment

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment status
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are met
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
  • Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
