Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Clean motor vehicle record for individuals aged 21-25 with no at-fault accidents or moving violations
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Passionate and team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to lift and handle medical equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Compassionate individuals with exceptional customer care skills
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic troubleshooting skills for medical equipment
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment status
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are met
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
