Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call
- Compassionate with exceptional customer care skills
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain medical equipment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshooting medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure equipment meets patient needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to ensure continuous patient support
- Maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and maintenance
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all activities
