Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of exceptional customer care experience
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call as required
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- For ages 21-25, must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
- Must be able to lift and handle medical equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment status
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
