Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of exceptional customer care experience
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call as required
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no major moving violations or accidents in the past three years
  • For ages 21-25, must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to lift and handle medical equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Compassionate and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment status
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards
  • Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day
